The Best in Clarksville!

My rental property closed 40 days from listing, which would be incredible in perfect conditions, but they managed this while navigating stay-at-home orders and the challenges related to the pandemic. Oh, and it closed at full asking price. Living states away, Seth and Kim took care of everything, including coordinating with our tenant as she moved out and scheduling repairs and cleaning. They kept me up to date every step of the way. After a not-so-good experience listing the house 5 years ago, I was apprehensive and not easily convinced this would not turn out in a similar manner, which likely made me a bit of a pain on their end. However, my questions were responded to promptly and any concerns I had were fully addressed.
