Travis Recer, Team leader for Recer Home Group at Keller Williams Realty, has been a full time Realtor in the Clarksville, TN and Ft. Campbell, KY area since 2003. Specializing in residential home selling, buying, relocation and military PCS moves, he enjoys helping people. The Recer Home Group mission is for each client to complete their real estate transaction feeling pleased and honored to recommend their friends and family. Travis and the team provide their clients consistent communication and aggressive marketing which lead to sold homes and appreciative clients.

Travis is a Christian, a husband and father of six children. He is a U.S. Army veteran and military brat who first arrived locally in 1989. He is very familiar with the area and the future economic outlook of the community. Travis is an active member of the Clarksville, TN community and a big proponent of education. He has earned designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) to name just a couple, and holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Communications from APSU. Travis also operates as a business coach through Icenhower Coaching and Consulting where he helps other real estate agents across the US and Canada accomplish their goals.

When my wife and I decided to sell our house that we had been renting out for several years we contacted Mr. Recer who my wife had talked to a few years earlier but at that time felt it was not a good time to sell. Mr. Recer did a walkthrough of the house and made a list of all the things he saw that he felt needed attention in order to be ready to sell the house. Upon request he gave me a list of people to do repairs that he knew would do a good job and would complete it in a timely manner. Since my wife and I live out of town we were totally dependent on Mr. Recer's team being our eyes, ears, hands and feet in completing the process of getting the house prepared, putting it on the market, and following through to completion of closing the deal. Mr. Recer's team worked closely with me every step of the way to make sure that every step of the way we did not have any details fall through the cracks. They were very patient with all the questions I had through the process and went the extra mile when we were under time deadlines to get things done. At times they would talk to me on a daily basis to make sure that we were updated on things that needed attention. Because of Mr. Recer's knowledge of the local market we were able to price the house in such a way that we got the value for the house but did not have it languishing on the market for months. I thank him and his team for their honesty even at times when it may not have been exactly what I wanted to hear. If I were to ever return to the Clarksville area I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Recer to help me find a new place to live.

We are truly beyond thankful and blessed for the opportunity to have worked with Travis and his great team at the Recer Home Group. As a retired veteran that's living a thousand miles away from the home we were selling, we were having difficulties in locating a reputable organization that will be available to assist us in selling our home. We reached out to Travis and explained our situation and was relieved to know that he and his team have dealt with similar situations in the past due to the complexities of being near a military installation (101st). What made the experience more memorable was the fact that Travis and several of his associates are veterans and/or are military spouses which made us feel at ease and at home when speaking military lingo. Being so far from the home we were selling, Recer Home Group took the lead on everything, I mean everything. They went to our property and completed a thorough assessment and contacted us regarding several different options or paths we can pursue as far as selling trends, what are customers currently looking for in a home, and obviously our ROI, which we were very pleased with. As a Project Manager, I can say this "project" was exciting because of the level of transparency through the entire process, from initiating, planning,.... and closing. In addition, since we couldn't be there physically to turn on our local utilities in preparation for viewings, Kim, an amazing Manager that works with Travis, waited in front of our home during the three-hour time frame so the utility company can re-establish service and check the pilot. Thank you for everything you've done for us. We are truly appreciative of the level of service you gave my family and me.

My home was in rental status when I wanted to sell, Keller Williams stayed in touch with me throughout the year to start the process of selling my home.. Honestly I wish I had met Travis before I moved to another city.
